Terms of Use
Important: KrayWallet is non-custodial software. We never hold your private keys or Bitcoin. You alone control your funds. These terms are for the wallet product — not a substitute for the KRAY L2 platform terms on kray.space.
1. Software license
KrayWallet is provided as open-source / freely downloadable software for personal use to interact with Bitcoin and related Kray services. You may use it at your own risk.
2. Self-custody
- You generate and store your own mnemonic and keys.
- We cannot access, recover, reverse, or freeze your wallet or on-chain funds.
- Loss of your seed phrase or password without backup may result in permanent loss of access to funds.
3. Your responsibilities
- Back up your recovery words offline (paper or equivalent). Do not store them in screenshots or cloud notes.
- Verify addresses and transaction details before signing.
- Only approve connections and signatures from sites you trust.
- Comply with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
4. No warranties
The software is provided “as is” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. Bitcoin network fees, congestion, and third-party indexers are outside our control.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KrayWallet authors and operators are not liable for lost keys, mistaken sends, phishing, malware on your device, or market losses. You use the software voluntarily.
6. Third-party services
The wallet may call public explorers and kray.space APIs. Those services have their own terms. L2 bridge and marketplace rules are governed by kray.space documentation.
